I really love this spring 5 in 1. It is a great way to include some spring produce that is already harvested into your meal. All of the ingredients are easy to prepare and the flavors are sweet and delicious.
I am a big fan of this variety of spring produce, but I had never before tried to prepare it on my own. The spring 5 in 1 is a very simple and easy to prepare kale, that can be prepared in a variety of ways. I have made it so that it comes in a bag like the ones for the kale in the grocery store. I have also done it in a basket like a lettuce leaf. The bag method, I have found, is a little more time consuming since you have to put everything in the bag at once and then dump the bag into a bowl to make it easier to eat.
I have also made it so that the kale is actually very nutrient dense. I have used the spring 5 in 1 method with the same amount of kale I used for the spring 5 in 3 method. The difference between using the spring 5 in 1 with the same amount of kale vs. the spring 5 in 3 with the same amount of kale is that using the bag method I have added a little extra water, because of the large amount of kale, so it feels more like a salad.
The bag method is an easy way to get the nutrients into the kale that you usually get out of eating a salad.

Sounds like one of those “fancy” methods that are great for those who like to snack from time to time, but totally dumb when you want to take a couple of vitamins.
