I dont’ even think that costco will sell tampons, but if I did I would buy them online because in any case I’m not going to waste my money on tampons. I will actually save the money and buy more expensive green stuff instead. Like my wife, who is a big fan of vegan products because she believes in the power of nature. If she ever gets sick of my buying green stuff for her I will stop buying them.
When it comes to tampons, women with disabilities are often forced to use the same ones they used when having their periods. I understand that this is a terrible thing for the woman, but I also believe it is necessary for the woman with disabilities. For example, I can’t use my hands to insert the tampon because of the way they are constructed. I also can’t use my mouth to insert the tampon because it would be painful for me.
It’s true that these types of products are not good for women with disabilities. It is also true that it would be physically impossible for me to insert the tampon with my mouth. I’m certain many of you have seen the commercials for women who can’t use their hands due to physical conditions or the desire for independence. It’s not like they are forcing women with disabilities to use the same products they used.
The problem is that tampons are made of plastic and come in a variety of sizes and shapes. Even if you could insert one of those with your mouth, you would have to do so with your hands, which are awkward to use. Then you would also have to hold it down for an extended period of time for it to be “safe”.
A lot of companies do this, and it is a major problem. Many of the products that contain this kind of plastic are not only uncomfortable to use but also cause cancer.
